Conducted Elementary teacher survey both on the current uses of movement in their classrooms, the students' response to movement on social and intellectual levels. Compared to original notes and surveys taken by Anne Green Gilbert, the developer of “The Brain Dance”.

Bipolar Brain Dance (2016–2024) - Created and maintained a free subscription-based mental health blog focused on lived experiences with Bipolar Disorder and practical strategies for coping and wellness.

Dance Exercise Classes (2019) - Designed and led community-based dance fitness sessions promoting physical health and self-expression.

Free Dance Tutoring for Neighborhood Youth (2008–2010) - Provided individualized dance instruction to help students strengthen technique, prepare for auditions, and gain acceptance into preferred performance groups.

Creative Movement Instructor (2007–2008) — Taught creative movement workshops to elementary-aged students, developing age-appropriate activities to enhance physical awareness, coordination, and creative expression. Experience began with Kinnect college program presentations and continued as independent community service.

Music Program Director & Instructor (2003-2004) — Led a church-based musical training program in Chile, teaching members to accompany worship services independently. Participants who completed the program earned eligibility for the Harmon Grant, which provided them with electronic pianos to support ongoing music ministry.

Artistic & Musical Director, Easter Choir (2004) - Conceived, wrote, translated, and arranged music and narration for an original Spanish-language Easter presentation in Chile. Directed an 8-member choir that traveled throughout the mission, performing in community settings such as a home for the elderly, orphanages, a Seventh-day Adventist church, and at Temple Square to offer inspiration and outreach through music.

Artistic & Musical Director, Missionary Choir (2003) - Conceived, arranged, and directed an original Spanish-language Christmas program in Chile for a 100-member choir, blending music and narration to depict the birth of Jesus Christ.
